Activate ChatGPT from within Archie CRM

The better you know an organization, the more targeted you can respond to wishes and developments. By recording all relevant information in Archie CRM, you get a complete picture of your relationship. The function 'outgoing links' helps with this.
How it works
Here's how the integration with ChatGPT works
You can easily access external websites or applications via outbound links in Archie CRM.
So you can do the same with ChatGPT. In addition, you can send variables from Archie CRM to ChatGPT in a preset command (prompt).
At the press of a button, the prompt with data is automatically forwarded, after which ChatGPT's response appears directly within the Archie environment or in an external browser (you can make this choice). From there, you continue your chat.
You can then easily copy the information from ChatGPT into the organization or contact history, or format it as a PDF or other document and upload it to the relationship.

Step 1: Add a link
Links are easily set up through the separate Archie System Administration program(Archie Admin).
You do this in the Integrations section:
At the Archie2TheWorld section, add the link. You can directly specify a starting question (prompt).

Next, launch the Archie workspace and access the link by clicking on the globe next to the organization or contact person (see image above).
Use Case
Here's how to use this in practice
You’re in contact with a new prospect who isn’t yet in Archie CRM. Using the Chamber of Commerce integration, you can look up the company and add it with a single click, including basic information such as address, industry, and number of FTEs.
Would you like to learn more, for example about sustainability? If so, you can use the outbound links to call up ChatGPT with a pre-set prompt. You’ll immediately receive additional background information, which you can easily save to the contact card without leaving Archie.
