1. General
1.1 This Privacy Statement describes how Respondent processes the personal data of its Users.
1.2 The personal data processed by Respondent are name, (email) address and telephone number.
2. Collection and use of personal data
2.1 Respondent collects personal data from a User when the relevant User has transmitted such personal data to Respondent through the Website [e.g., by contacting Respondent with a request for information about Respondent's services or products, placing an order with Respondent, or by the User subscribing to Respondent's newsletter].
2.2 Respondent uses these personal data for the purpose for which the User has provided the personal data to Respondent:
2.2.1 When the User requests the Respondent for information about services and products, the Respondent processes personal data to fulfill that request.

3.1.2 Respondent is bound by legal obligation to transmit personal data to competent authorities.
4. Cookies
4.1 Archie.nl uses cookies to optimize the functionality of certain pages of the website. Cookies are small text files that are placed on the visitor's computer by a page of the website. Such a cookie stores information such as certain preferences of the visitor. This enables Archie to provide the visitor with an even better service during a subsequent visit.

7.1 Respondent has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure Users' personal data against loss or unlawful processing, including SSL security on its website.
8. Changes to the Privacy Statement.
8.1 Respondent reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement. Any modification will be announced on this page. Therefore, Respondent advises the User to check this page regularly to see if any modifications have been made. The current Privacy Statement has been updated on September 8, 2022.
