Useful settings and functionalities for Archie CRM

  • Personalized: Each user can determine their own settings, such as language, weekly planner, color themes, set small screen display, use of the main menu.

  • Contact settings: Set how and in what order contacts are shown, what tags they have, etc.

Archie CRM

  • Archie CRM

    New/Modified

    Functions/Work/Exterity

    • The use of hotkey functions has been further developed and optimized. Here is the overview.

    • The appearance of the web version and the app has been updated and now looks more like that of the CRM client.

    • The functionality of the tabs has changed. When you move the mouse over a tab, it is highlighted or underlined. If not all tabs are visible-for example on smaller screens or due to settings-you can open them via the menu behind the three dots on the right.

    Institutions

    • In Settings (cog in the upper right) - Options - General, in the Display section, you can turn on the option "Adjust display on small screens." This view optimizes the height of the space under the tabs on smaller screens.

    Organizations/Contacts

    • At the top right of the Contact tile in the Organization is a formatting icon (the eye). With this you determine which data and in what order it should be shown on the Contact tile.

    • If you click on a Contact in an Organization you can use the [+] and [-] keys to scroll through all the contacts at that organization.
      This works the same way when you are in an Organization filter.

    • For a Contact's email address and phone number, you can specify what the favorite address/number is at the "Favorite" checkbox. In this way, you determine which address should be shown with the Contact on the organization screen or which number is shown with the call icon located on the right below the organization screen.

    • If a phone number or email address is specified to be valid only with 1 particular Organization, you will no longer see it with other Organizations this Contact is associated with. Previously, this phone number/address was "grayed out").

    • In Contacts - Private - Connections, the Network Explorer is back.

    • In Settings - Options - Tiles - Contacts, you can include the variable Year contact. Then the Contact will show the age (if you enter the year of birth).

    • In the Cockpit at an Organization or Project, the descriptions of campaign, organization or project are now shown. If this is not visible, set the overview to standard formatting.

    Activities/planner

    • When an activity is modified and you temporarily navigate to another Organization, for example, an additional tab with an icon will appear. When you hover the mouse over this icon, the description of the activity that is still in modify mode is displayed.
      (This works the same when modifying Sales and a Helpdesk call).
      Clicking on the icon takes you back to the activity that is in modify mode.

    • If you have enabled "Show weekly planner" in Settings - Options - General - Activities, it will be displayed at the top right of the Organization, Contact and Project screens. You can select multiple Archie users via the icon (two little dolls) displayed in the upper left corner of this planner.

    Selections

    • Selecting by SBI2008 codes has changed. You now specify a starting value. For example, a selection from "90" selects values 90, 901, 9001 and 90013, among others. A selection from "9001" selects values 9001 and 90013, among others.

    MPM (Multi Purpose Module).

    • For 1:1 Multi Purpose tabs, the "Empty" action allows you to empty all fields at once (if authorized).

    • An MPM link field for Contact Info can now also display Contact ID. Previously, under "show" you could only choose "Unique attribute". This shows the attribute of the link between Contact and Organization. Choosing "Contact ID" will give you the unique attribute of the Contact.

    Frames

    • In the Lists section, you can create export tasks. An export task consists of one or more combinations of a selection and an export of a list. These tasks can be performed automatically through the Windows Task Scheduler, provided the user is authorized to do so.

    Helpdesk

    • In Contacts, the 'Helpdesk' tab is now also available. This shows only the help desk notifications associated with the active contact person.

    Bugfix

    • The calendar planner did not always show up when you changed an activity and chose "schedule."

    • There was no yellow "back" button in the analysis Help Desk, Turnaround Time.

    • When merging contacts, the cursor disappeared from the search field as soon as you typed in a contact name. The same problem occurred when searching in the Helpdesk module.

    • In the "Create Emailing" screen, texts could get jumbled if there was a selection file with a long description.

    • In Outlook, the "Go to Helpdesk" button no longer worked.

    • Too few contacts were included in an e-mailing when the e-mail file was generated from the selection file and the contacts themselves did not have an e-mail address.

    Relationships

    • If the CVO is active at an organization, below the name and address of the organization is the CVO icon with a letter (for example, L). Clicking the icon shows which CVO definition is associated with the relation file. It also shows the revenue and target from that definition.

    • In Administration (cog icon at top right in main menu), under Options-General-Activities the option "Show weekly planner on Organizations screen" can be turned on.
      In the organizations screen you will then see a weekly planner with appointments of the logged in user at top right. These are all of that user's appointments for that week. There is no relation to the organization shown in the view. This weekly planner is useful if an appointment needs to be scheduled with that organization.
      You can also request an overview of another user (little poppets above the date). Other weeks can be consulted using the scroll buttons. You can schedule an appointment by dragging the mouse.

    • In Manage under Options-General-Smartsearch, you can specify that the smartsearch results of organizations and contacts should be combined.
      Searching in the Contacts section you will now also see the organizations found.

    • From the contact overview at an organization, the following can be set via the eye icon (top right of the overview):
      - Show only active contacts (i.e. no contacts that are on gray (off duty)).
      - Show only selected contacts via filter (you will only see the selected contacts when you browse through the Filter with Selected).

    • If you click the three dots on the Sales tab under Organizations, Contacts or Projects, you can indicate under "Open with" what Sales should be opened with. For example, Quotes, Invoices, etc. By default, "last used" is saved.

    Projects
    Below the project name is an icon that indicates whether a project is finished (green icon) or in progress (yellow icon with clock). By clicking on the icon you can report a project ready or, conversely, remove it from the ready status.

    System Administration/General

    • The look and feel of System Administration is now the same as Archie.

    Helpdesk Module

    • When you create an activity from a help desk call, the contact associated with the help desk call is also automatically linked to that activity.

    Bugfix

    • When pasting text into a description (e.g. activity or sales), all original text was deleted.

    • Occasionally an error message appeared while approving a quote or posting a quote online.

    • For one contact, age was no longer automatically displayed when a birth date with year was entered.

    • In one tile, an "&" character was not properly displayed.

    • Occasionally an error message appeared while searching a numeric free field.

  • Archie CRM

    New

    • You can now control which tab opens automatically when you view an Organization. Click on the three dots in the tab row and select your preferred tab via Settings.

    • Duplicating a timekeeping rule is now possible.

    Modified

    • When browsing through the Selected People filter, it was difficult to see which Contacts were selected with an Organization. Now you can easily identify them by a dotted line around their profile picture.

    • The General Helpdesk view now also shows the Department column.

    • In Administration, Telephony, the Forward Number field has been removed. This field is no longer used by Archie.

    • When using six tiles or more then you can scroll through them with key combination Ctrl+ right mouse button or mouse wheel.

    • Texts from tiles can be copied by selecting them or double-clicking on them.

    • In Sales Sales History, decimals are shown in the column where numbers are displayed.

    • In the Sales Cockpit, activities are shown if linked to the quote/order. Red minus sign if it is expired, a green plus sign if it is a future activity. An "=" sign if it is a today's activity.

    Bugfix

    • In tiles, long descriptions were truncated.

    • When you selected "Create Label" for an Organization without Contacts and then repeated it for an Organization with Contacts, the Contacts were not displayed in the Label screen.

    • In Lists, the New or Back button was not present.

    • If you had specified in Workflow that after billing an order, you wanted to proceed directly to billing the next order, you could not look up a new order.

    • Security selections: for new users, "uses SQL selections" is now off by default. A user without authorization can no longer open and modify a SQL selection randomly.

    • In System Administration/ Admin, the field for a user's name has been increased to 256. It was often too short before this.

    • The number of Project variables you can put on a tile has been expanded.

    • Combined history of Organization + Project was stored twice.

  • Archie CRM

    New

    • Added the Done action in the general activity view. This allows multiple activities to be completed without entering History. However, the activities are moved to the Activity Archive.

    •  The color palette has been expanded. To do so, go to Settings-Options-Color Theme via the cog icon at the top right of the screen.

    • In Archie System Administration, you can specify in the general system settings that Archie checks whether a new organization is already in the database when you enter it.

    • The layout of the organization contact list is configurable. You can specify how the name is shown:
      - first name, last name (sorted by first name)
      - first name, last name (sorted by last name)
      - last name, first name.
      You also have the choice of whether the form of address should be shown before the name.

    The formatting of this view can be set in three ways:

    1. Right-click on the header bar and adjust your preference.

    2. Right-click on a contact, choose More Options - Formatting.

    3. Click on the eye icon above the overview.

    Archie El Dorado

    Modified

    • Many analyses have been accelerated.

    Bugfix

    • Outlook Mail plugin: If you entered only uppercase letters when searching Organizations, only search codes were displayed.

    • Tables: Usage groups could not always be modified even though you were authorized.

    • Activities: When scheduling an activity for someone with overlapping appointments you have a conflict. If it was a protected private appointment you got to see the description just as much. Now conflicts with a private appointment will show X's.

    • Activities: an error message could occur while browsing activities if facilities also appeared in the overview.

    • Selections: The LW time was not displayed in the correct time zone.

    • Project: The Edit button was sometimes not visible on the Data tab.

    • Relationships: In the concern view, the Geomap option no longer worked.

    • The BOCP could no longer import from its own database.

  • New/Modified

    • Calling a relationship is accelerated by a factor of 10.

    • When archiving more than 20 activities simultaneously (bulk), it is no longer possible to add reports. This is to maintain speed.

    • When history is added or changed to an activity, a Notification is also sent (provided this is turned on). This is the same as when adding or changing an activity.

    • At Sales - Order frequency, the specified item groups can be saved as favorites and recalled at any time.

    • The Article Group column in the Sales History view can now be made wider.

    • If the action "Re-create text" is selected in the body of a sales rule and the language of the sales rule differs from the language specified in delivery conditions, the question appears as to whether the language from the conditions should be adopted. If "no", the language from the sales rule is used.

    • The general sales cockpit now includes Expired Quotes.

    • The Payment Term field has been increased to 100 positions.

    • An e-mail from Correspondence can be attached to a sales line via the "Link saved mail" action (from the menu).

    • Search by Sales has been expanded to include the "Search by Scored Quotes" option.

    • In Admin > System Administration > General > System, under the Smartsearch section, the option "Check if the organization is already in the database before adding it" is available. Archie then checks whether this Relationship is already present in Archie before saving a new Relation card. The check is done based on Organization Name 1 and 2, Country and City. If Archie has found organization, adding a new card can be aborted by clicking in the displayed overview.

    Notice:

    If the Protect+ module has been set to not allow users to see all Relationship Cards, this new control functionality will still allow these users to see the Code, Name, Country and City of organizations that may already be in the database and to which they are not authorized. They will not be able to call the relationship. Should this not be desired, it is advisable not to turn on this Smartsearch option in System Administration.

    Notice:

    To use this control functionality in the web portal, it must be updated.

    • The BOCP no longer asks to change the password when it has expired and logs in with a token.

    • The window in which Smartsearch search results are displayed has been widened to show more characters of the hits found.

    • Smartsearch in projects has been modified so that Projects reported "Done" will appear lower in the search result. A finished reported project is shown in the result with a check mark after its name.

    • In the titling table, in addition to choosing Male, Female or Unknown, you can now use Other.

    • In the Table K-Groups, you can specify at max 1 K-Group to be shown in the contacts grid.

    Example: there is a K-group that indicates that a contact has an account in your webshop, then it is possible to show this code in the overview.

    • Analyses Customer Summit, Article Summit, Article Group Summit, Concern Summit accelerated by a factor of 10.

    • Select from Customer Summit analysis accelerated by at least factor of 40.

    • Selecting from Free fields analysis accelerated by at least factor 40.

    • Drag/drop of main menu tabs has been disabled. This is now done only via the setting tab.

    Bugfix

    • The F9 key sometimes unexpectedly changed the date of the Planner.

    • When deleting a group activity, an error occurred if that activity had been modified first.

    • If any unprocessed Time Entry was present with an order, that order could not be invoiced.

    • In the xlsx that can be created from Time Registration, the Day column was not properly populated.

    • When tracking a selection file, it was also possible to quarantine relationships. This is now only possible per relation.

    • If "New" was selected in the sales line on the "Correspondence" tab, no contact could be associated with the correspondence.

    • In dark mode, not all the text of the Turnover Status was readable.

    • The variable E04 in a sales layout could show a rounding difference.

  • New/Modified

    • The LW: date of Relationship, Contact and Project is now stored including (UTC) time.

    • Archie System Administration: When a MultiPurpose tab is deleted, authorizations are now also cleansed.

    • When selecting on a by criterion on the Organizations tab, the checkbox "Contacts incl 'no longer working'" was turned on and then could not be changed. Now the checkbox can be used. To avoid confusion, a hint is shown explaining what happens when you uncheck the checkbox.

    Bugfix

    • Archie System Administration: In Users, the setting for Default Letter Layout could not be cleaned.

    • When a header, footer or serial number was added in a body of a sales line and then this action was canceled, an item could disappear from the body.

  • New/Modified

    74.11

    • The Order Frequency has been changed so that you can now specify multiple article groups. You can also specify that you only want to see articles for which more than one order has been placed.

    • Archie System Administration. At the bottom of the screen, the name of the database being used is displayed.

    • The text on the Planner button has been changed to ''My Planner.'' This is because it always shows a graphical overview of the activities of the logged-in Archie user.

    • The click on Activities in the main menu shows the last set 'view':

    • Activity list, Graphic Planner or Outlook view. Also, the last chosen settings are used (Initials, Day, Week or Month etc...).

    • From now on, the F9 hotkey does the same thing as a click on Activities from the main menu. See item above.


    74.7

    • In the Outlook add-in, "Quick Search" now displays the relationship or project card currently open in Archie.

    • Archie System Administration. If an element was deleted in the Multi Purpose designer (e.g. RA010) and a new element was added later, the name RA010 was reused. This reuse is not always desirable and so an improved system has now been chosen in which reuse of element names occurs only in certain cases.

    • Outlook add-in. If an e-mail is also linked to a Helpdesk Report, then the red lifebuoy icon appears in the add-in behind the name of the linked relation card (shown vertically). If an email is linked to a relation but not yet to a Helpdesk Report, then the icon is in front of the vertically displayed relation name.

    • Outlook add-in. Now, if you forward an email from Correspondence that is linked to a help desk message, and you choose not to link to a relation card, you can still choose to link the message afterwards in Outlook. Any text "#helpdesknummer" will be removed from the description of the email.

    • The English texts "organization," "initialization" and "authorization" have been replaced with "organization," "initialization" and "authorization."

    • The French text "Afficher tout" under Correspondence has been replaced by "Tout montrer."


    Bug fixes


    74.11

    • Error message Analysis CVO when you started it from one of the "growth" tabs.

    • An error message occurred when searching Contact MPM if the MPM tab was visible only for contacts with a particular K-group.

    • Project module. Error message when linking contact person to the client on a project if it was done from the Relations section.

    • When you browsed activities with the Attachments or Facilities tab open, sometimes an error message appeared.

    • In Correspondence and Helpdesk, an & sign in the company name was shown as an underscore.

    • In the Geomap, the legend has been changed so that there is no longer a "0" by a bullet.

    • With Archie in English, the text "follow up actions query file" did not fit.

    • After changing initials in the Activities Overview, the To Do tab could display too many lines

    • Company.info: Error occured uploading file, if "remote MFCP" was not on in Archie System Administration. Everything else went fine, the data did get linked to the relation.

    • The "create email file from" screen did not always show the correct numbers of the selected records. However, the correct numbers were shown when creating an e-mail file.

    • Sales Analysis Customer Top gave no result when started from the Revenue by Segment tab.


    74.8

    • The "Open in browser" button was active even when no web address was known.

    • 74.8 The Segmentation analysis on table SBI 2008 did not show the descriptions of the SBI codes.

    • If you selected a number of relations from the CVO analysis, the number of those selected was updated but the description of the last selection made remained.

    • BOCP (Import Program). If the price of an item in the body of a sales line or sales history was imported as value '0' (free) then the BOCP incorrectly filled in the price from Archie's Article File (provided the item was already known). Now '0' is imported again.

    • Project Module. After duplicating a 1:N Multi Purpose tab at a Project, you could not type the letter "w" in an input field, Archie then proceeded to modify the Project.

    • In Archie System Administration, no user could be deleted if Microsoft authentication is used.

    • When a Expired quote was converted to Quote, a new quote number was assigned. Now the number that was already in the Expired quotation is used.

    • In the analysis CVO pyramid growth, there could be an incorrect number after the filter.

    • The Geomap option of the CVO analysis mistakenly had a concern option.

    • 74.7 In the hint shown in the Calendar when hovering over an appointment, & characters were shown as a _

    • The Help Desk analysis did not always give a result when the Selection File was analyzed.

    • In Lists and Sales layouts, the "Back" button had disappeared.

    • CVO analysis. Selecting from "other totals > outflow" selected no relationships.

    • While saving History to a Relation card, you can also choose contacts. If you used the filter option while choosing contacts, sometimes not all the chosen people were linked if those people were out of view.

    • If you chose print in a Relation Card and the selected layout included a Multi Purpose date field, this field sometimes printed as "20221121" instead of "21/11/2022."

    • In the Analysis of Archived Activities, categories such as Received Email linked and Order added (types with a lowercase letter in the Code column) were no longer shown but counted with any other Activity type.

    • The overview of birthdays in the dashboard could be missing birthdays if there was a B-group

    • Archie System Administration. When a language was specified in Default Settings and the "may be customized by user" slider was on, a new user would not get the specified language.

    • Sorting the list of Involved Relations for a Project Card by Color sometimes gave incorrect results.

    • When the "Customer" field was also entered in a Sales line, the sales indicator did not turn on for that customer.

  • Sales: Order frequency

    Sales has been expanded to include the Order Frequency option.

    This tab allows you to see how often and when products and/or services are purchased with regularity.

    The following summary is displayed:

    • Date first order in the specified period

    • Date of last order in the specified period

    • Number of orders in that period

    • Interval (the average number of days between 2 orders)

    • Expired (the number of days no order has been placed)

    • Deviation (the difference between Elapsed and Interval).

    This gives you more insight into how repeat orders are running at a relationship.

    BOCP (Back Office Connection Pack).

    Per each import mode, you can now specify your own merge field. 

    Furthermore, general improvements have been made

    This release will be available in the cloud starting April 4, 2023.

  • Automatic login with Microsoft Azure credentials:

    As of this release, it is possible to log into Archie with user credentials from Microsoft Azure.

    To set this up, both in Archie and within the Microsoft Azure environment, a number of things need to be arrangedWe have described this in a document (manual). Would you like to receive this document and set up the automatic login?

    Relations: mail contact information:

    For a contact's Tel/E-mail/Web information, the green boxes for an e-mail have been replaced with an envelope.

    This envelope appears when there is no check mark (no mailings).

    Multi Purpose Module:

    • On an MPM tab, a link field for Relationship Data can now show the corresponding table value in addition to the value of a free field. To do this, in the design of the relevant MPM tab, under "Properties" of the field under show, for example, choose R21 text. Then the table value of the field R21 will be shown.

    • On an MPM tab, a link field for Relationship Data now shows not only the Color Code but also the description of a relationship's Color. For example: C - Top Customer.

    • On an MPM tab, a link field for Relationship Data can now also show the Country Code. To do this, in the in the design of the relevant MPM tab under "Properties" of the field at show for the value Country Code Home Address to show the country code of the home address.

    Analysis Multi Purpose Module:

    To analyze the link fields for Relationship and Contact Information, the following was applicable:

    In Analysis, a number of special Multi Purpose fields for Contact, Institution and Article can be analyzed.

    Only the fields by which an Institution, Contact, or Article is selected in Archie (i.e., in which the "Linked to" field is not filled in the Designer) can be analyzed. In the Analysis, the "value" will always show the Institution Name, Contact Name, or Article Code, regardless of what is specified in the Designer in the "Show" field. From now on, you can also choose the fields associated with the field described here to analyze.

    This release will be available in the cloud starting Feb. 13, 2023.

  • Relationships

    • The Address Fields and Place Names increased to 64 positions- A record of mutations on color, free fields, B-, K-, P- and M-groups is maintained at the relation card.

    • At the Organization you will find this under the Info tab

    • In the Contact you will find this under the Private tab

    • From the MPM tab at a Relation or Contact, it is possible to send a letter containing variables from the MPM.

    • If you're working with Whatsapp web or with Whatsapp on the Windows client, you can right-click whatsapp via the phone number at a contact. You will immediately get to that person in Whatsapp.

    Mailchimp

    • MailChimp unsubscribes can now be archived in 1 action, setting the email address to "No emailings." This is done via the new Archive + Unsubscribe action.

    Email

    • In Outlook Mail, you can now link mail to a Sales line. You choose this option at the time the mail is sent to a relation in Archie ("Save in Archie").

    Activities

    • Under Activities (via Main Menu), the Time Registration option has been added.

    • In the Planner (via Main Menu Activity) the action Move (right mouse button) has been added. This allows you to move the appointment to a date of your choice.

    • In the Calendar (via Main Menu Activity) you can also move the appointment. Dragging the appointment left or right "out" of the calendar screen will decrease or increase the weeks/months respectively.

    Sales

    • Multiple delivery addresses can now be included in the Delivery terms under Sales.

    • Under Delivery terms, a new table is available: Payment Terms. In Manage Tables, the interpretation is determined.

    • For an opened Sales (for example, Order), a new tab is available: Correspondence. This allows you to immediately see which mails are linked to this sales line.

    • The description Reason Orders and Expired Quotes has been expanded from 20 to 46 positions.

    • When you insert a table in the description of an article, the table definition is saved so you can use it multiple times.

    Helpdesk

    • If you work with the Project Module you can associate a help desk call with a project, to which the call is related.

    • On a help desk call, you can now register time.

    • When adding a help desk call, it automatically asks for the color. This allows you to systematize calls by priority or subject, for example. The colors are determined in Manage Tables.

    • When creating a new mail, you can now also link it to a help desk call

    Analyses

    • The analysis of Revenue Graph up to 3 years has been supplemented with the Margin option.

    • The analysis in the CVO (Customer Pyramid) is also supplemented with this option.

    • Sales charts can also be applied to a broken fiscal year. In System Administration, you determine how your fiscal year is running. In analysis, that then comes up. If desired, you can also set it there to fiscal year (January 1 - December 31).

    • Item and item group top analysis can now be run on quotations and orders as well.

    Admin

    • In the admin, you can set who can change the Free fields of a relation (authorization)

    This release will be available in the cloud starting July 4, 2022.

  • Chamber of Commerce link

    • The API link with the Chamber of Commerce provides the ability to retrieve basic data of companies in the trade register and add and possibly update it in Archie. It concerns data of the main office, the activities associated with this Chamber of Commerce number. You can also request the branch offices.

    • N.B. You need a separate basic profile subscription at the Chamber of Commerce. Would you like to use this API link? Please contact us. We will discuss the possibilities with you.


    Sales: Create and sign online quotations (Sales Module)

    • A quote can be placed and signed online.

    • You will find a detailed description under the Actions in Sales section in Archie's online manual. You can find this if you search for "Place quote online for signature."


    Sales: Approve quotations internally (Sales Module)

    • As of Release 1.66, it is possible to have quotes approved internally.

    • In Archie System Administration you can set up that quotations must be approved internally. You do this at [System Management] General-Sales under the heading Request approval.

    • Here you can specify that this approval should be given for every amount or from certain amounts. You also indicate the desired amount there.

    • You can also specify the initials of users who may approve quotes. If more than one initial has been entered, the person creating the quotation determines which person should approve it. Via the action "Request approval" the quotation is presented as a PDF via a certain layout to the person who has to approve it. If this person also has the Archie app installed, he/she receives a notification on the phone and in Outlook. In Archie, you can view the quotation via the "Request for quotation approval" link. Depending on whether approval can be given, you choose the Approve or Reject action. When a quote is not approved you can give a reason. The person who created the quotation will also receive a notification.


    Sales: Other

    • In Sales, the Chance and Reason fields are required as inputs. This can now be disabled. You do this in Manage Options-Workflow in the Sales section. If a quotation is subsequently modified, the question no longer arises whether the Decision Date should be modified or competitors should be linked.

    • When a quotation is converted to an order, it is now asked whether linked activities should be archived.

    • In the Sales Monitor it is possible at Quotations and Orders to specify whether the intake should be counted. For Order Intake, this means that invoices are also counted from orders that were created in that period. For Quotations, orders and invoices are counted from quotations that originated in that period. This creates a more accurate picture of the entire intake.

    • In the Sales layout (Sales Module) it is possible to include on the subdetail 2 RTF data boxes (for extended article descriptions). You can thus make and print the text descriptions wider or narrower than the "regular" articles or services. For such a data box, you can specify in the properties which one should be used for text articles. In a sales layout, the RTF data box is used for an extended article description. By default, this is printed in the font that is in the body of the quotation. In the sales layout, if the "default font" checkbox is checked in the properties of the data box, the default font will be used that is set per user in the Manage Options Text Processing section.

    • If in an opened quotation/order, the last tab opened was Body or Details, then the next time the sales is opened it will be the first to appear (Sales Module).


    Emailing

    • In an Outlook mailing you can include the variable [K27]. This is then converted to address form, first name and last name, for example "Mr. John de Boer".You can now exclude contacts with a certain color from the mailing when creating an e-mail file.

    Attachments

    • Deepsearch can also be used to search attachments linked to activities and help desk calls.


    Activities

    • When you hover over an activity in the Calendar view, the linked relationship is displayed.

    • The Archive list Activity Archive now also prints Relation Code and Place.

    System Administration

    • In System Administration, the Organizations - Free Fields tables allow you to associate a hint with these fields. A hint (additional description) tells users what the purpose of the input field is.

    Company.info

    • The link with Company.info has been extended. The branch number is now also taken over, so that more specific (financial) information can be requested.

    Projects

    • For a project, you can create an organizational chart. This is similar to the concern chart of relationships.

    App and Portal

    • Many enhancements and improvements have been made to the app and portal.
