(Junior) Customer Success Consultant
Your role
As a (Junior) Customer Success Consultant, you’ll ensure that customers truly succeed with Archie CRM. You’ll be the difference between “using the software” and “getting the most out of it.”
You are a consultant, trainer, and sounding board. You liaise with management, key users, and end users, and work closely with our Sales, Support, and Development teams.
What will you do?
Implementing and supporting CRM solutions for clients
Delivering training sessions, workshops, and webinars
Advising on the smart and effective use of CRM
Helping customers with their questions and challenges
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales/Development) to translate customer requirements
Maintaining project records and customer information
Help us improve our services
What do you bring?
Strong communication skills — you explain things clearly and are a good listener
Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
Analytical skills: you quickly spot areas for improvement
A proactive attitude and a desire to learn
Interested in software/CRM (experience is a plus)
A completed bachelor's degree in fields such as (technical) business administration, (commercial) economics, etc.
Proficiency in Dutch and English
Nice to have:
Experience in consulting, support, or a B2B environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a plus)
Affinity with IT/technical environments
Talented newcomers are, of course, more than welcome.
