With AFO, you’re no longer tied to a single device or operating system. While the classic and current Archie Outlook plug-in (OAP) only works in a Windows environment, you can use AFO on any device. Whether you’re working on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or in a browser, the integration between Archie and Outlook is always at your fingertips.

Easier to deploy and manage

AFO no longer requires local installations. This makes it technically simpler, faster to roll out, and easier to manage with less complexity.

Seamless integration with Outlook

AFO integrates seamlessly with Outlook. The workflow is familiar, intuitive, and aligns with the way you work today. No standalone plug-ins—just a seamless integration within a modern interface.

What's changing?

AFO supports virtually all the features of the current OAP plug-in (Archie CRM’s current Outlook integration for email and calendar integration).

Consider:

• saving incoming email,

• save email addresses for contacts and

• automatic tagging when replying to emails.

👌In addition, several features have been improved. For example, merging variables into an email and working with templates is now even easier!
