AI Tools and Archie CRM: Smart Automation in Practice
AI is everywhere. The question isn’t whether you should use it, but rather what concrete benefits it offers within CRM. We’re actively working on this right now. We’re in discussions with various partners to explore how their solutions integrate with Archie CRM. Specifically, we’re looking at how these technologies add value by enabling smarter relationship management, more efficient processes, and the enrichment of customer information.
As of now (April 2026), the following applications are being investigated:
1. Automatically record calls
One of the tools we are currently testing automatically records calls, transcribes them, and converts them into structured reports. You can add these insights directly to the client file. The tool is privacy-focused: audio recordings and transcripts are deleted after processing, and the data remains under the user’s control.
2. Chatbot for the website
Archie currently uses an AI chatbot that automatically handles customer inquiries via the website. This solution is used for lead generation, answering frequently asked questions, and supporting sales activities, among other things.
This chatbot allows companies to provide immediate assistance to their website visitors 24/7, with no wait times. Visitors are automatically guided to the right information, while valuable contact details and signals can be recorded in Archie CRM. Visitors enjoy a better customer experience, and you benefit from more efficient follow-up on leads and customer inquiries. At the same time, the chatbot relieves employees by handling common questions, freeing up more time for personal interaction.
3. AI tool as a sales coach
Another tool we’re experimenting with acts as an AI-powered sales coach that provides targeted feedback and insights based on conversation analysis. This includes advice on questioning techniques (are you asking the right questions?), handling customer objections, and improving customer interactions.
With the help of AI avatars, users can train themselves in a targeted manner and further develop their sales skills.
In addition, conversation analysis can also be used for lead generation via an interactive AI avatar. This avatar conducts natural one-on-one conversations with prospects, asks follow-up questions, and collects structured information.
